He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Kenneth and Phyllis Jernigan (Brown). He is survived by: his children, Kenneth, Lindsey and Abby; his parents, Derrick Jernigan and Melissa Jernigan (Ewing); and his siblings, Brandi Jernigan, Amanda Henson (Corey), Emily Zukowski (Zach) and Ryan Jernigan. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
