She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Ubnoski and Helen Ubnoski (Tomkivits); her husband Theodore Smith; her siblings, Charles Ubnoski, Theresa Zarsky, Viola Warzon, Albert Ubnoski, Louise Kimich and Harold Ubnoski; and her nephew Edward "Bubba" Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Smith, Wayne, Ginger Smith, D. R. Stutts, Doris and Curtis West. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and numerous friends.
