She is survived by: her aunts, Gal and Theola; her children, Tandy Jouret (Vince), Michael Deleon Hill and Arthur James Franklin Jr. (Jessica); her grandchildren, Terrance Bernard, Kyndall Horace-Franklin and Mariah Bernard; her sisters, Reva Bryant (Willie), Vera Anthony, Bernice Morgan and Zoe Terry (Ron); and also Brantley Todd Welborn. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
