He is survived by: his children, Chance Padgett (Kimberly Carter), Emma Leyde (Chaz), Niki Guerra, Damien, Samantha (Kyle) and Cody Rethmeier; his nieces, Ilea Salamone, Nicole Heffron, Breanne Little, Hannah and Abbie Miller; his siblings, Kathy McKinney and Adam Miller (Alecia); and his grandchildren, Elaina, Harvey, Ashley Leyde and Atreyus Padgett.
