She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilma Lethem and Jack Yeo. She is survived by: her significant other Vernon Lee; her children, Leslie Johnson (Ken) of Tulsa, OK and Jeff Nelson (Becky); her stepchildren, Katie and Chip Lee (Kelly Jo); her grandchildren, TJ Turner (Larisa), Hannah Lareau of Tulsa, Dayton and Ben Nelson of Lenexa; her children, Jay Bruce Nelson and Jill Thomas; her stepfather Don Williams; her sisters, Margo McDonald (Don) and Marli Yeo (Dave Brown) of Overland Park, KS.; and her cousin Lethem Reunions. She is also survived by aunts, Uncles.

She was a lifelong supporter of the SPCA and the family requests that in Lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the SPCA of Tulsa, OK.
