He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Page (Faulkenberry); his children, Bradley Page (Amy) of Lane, OK and Christy Page of McAlester, OK; his grandchildren, Stevie Slawson (Randall) of Tushka, OK, Adarra Wilson of Stuart, OK, Logan Page (Quianna) of Lane, OK, Alexis Houck, Allyson Houck, Mylah Greenwood, Roman Greenwood, Daniel Page, Tallulah Arterberry, Gideon Page, Rauley Slawson and Lydia Page; and his brother Dicky Page (Linda) of Atoka, OK. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
