Penny Baker Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Penny Baker (Richardson, Texas), who passed away on November 16, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Jane Jones Riley and James Andrew Riley II. She is survived by: her brothers, Wayne Riley (Kathy) and Jim Rile (Dottie); her nieces and nephews, Mike Riley (Cheryl), Josh Riley (Caroline), Jubal Riley (Kathy) and Mardi West (Mike); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Oliver, Samuel, Faith, Lily, Andy, Mark, Sean, Graham and Delaney; and also, Mary, Brewer, Erick, Liz, Jennie and Matt.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Heights Church (201 W Renner Rd, Richardson, TX 75080).
