She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Altmann and Laura Altmann (Koopmann); her brother Gerald Altmann; and her brother-in-law Elvis Schulze. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Tim Chappell of Plano, Texas; her sisters, Jean Schulze of Canton and Sandra Stoever (Walter) of La Grange; her nieces and nephews, Holly Freund (Curt), Brandis Altmann, Paul Schulze (Rachel) and Brentyn Altmann; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Shelby Shankle, Ella Freund, Dennis, Henry Schulze and Michael Shankle Jr.; and her stepdaughters, Julie and Jenny Steenbergen.
