She was predeceased by: her husband Warren W "Bud" Fulton, Jr.; her parents, Ferman Phillips and Eula Mae Phillips; and her brother Jess Edgar Phillips. She is survived by: her sons, Mark Fulton (Christine McKenzie) and Phill Fulton (Karen Fulton); and her grandchildren, Zachary, Elyse, Jack and Cameron Fulton.
