He is survived by: his wife Elsa Lynn Spears; his children, Tiffany Harrod (Carson Harrod) and Jason Riley (Sarah Riley); his grandchildren, Dr. Tanner Harrod (Mily Harrod), Savannah Harrod, Hannah Riley, Becca Speer (Easton Speer), Lauren McGough and Landen McGough; and his great grandchildren, Eli Speer and Riley Jo Loper.
