He was predeceased by: his parents, Santo Forte and Mary Forte. He is survived by: his wife Christina Forte; his sons, Christopher and William Forte; his siblings, Maria Forte of Bridgewater, Massachusetts and Ronald Forte of Ft Collins, Colorado.; and his grandchildren, Victoria, Sophia and Christian Forte.
