He is survived by: his wife Sandy Choate; his children, Mickey (Trish), Suzie (Tom) and Melissa (Alfonso); his grandchildren, Amie, Julie, Dylan, Hanna, Savannah and Megan; and his great grandchildren, Kingston, Weston and Simeon.
