Eugene Loer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugene Loer of Plano, Texas, who passed away on September 22, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Eugene farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Eugene is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George M. Loer and Maudie Loer (Barton). He is survived by: his wife Martha Lou Seibel; his children, Joyce Loer Jones (Michael), Dutch Loer (Colette) and Curtis Loer; and his sister Mary Manning. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
When he was 89 and 90, during the COVID-19 pandemic, he missed months of golf, then felt lucky to play about once a week.
