She was predeceased by: her parents, James Grady and Lula McCarty Rook; and her siblings, Doy Rook, Darrell "Chick" Rook, Dorothy McCain, James "Red" Rook, Delaney Rook and W. D. "Dee" Rook.
She is survived by: her husband Benjamin Neal Mouser; her children, Linda Forbes of Gainesville, GA., Clifford Mouser (Susan) of Tyler, TX, Wesley Mouser (Shonda) of Quinlan, TX and Patricia Griffith (Keith) of Dallas, TX; her grandchildren, Jennifer Forbes, Jeremy Forbes, Katherine Mouser, Ian Griffith and Sara Griffith; her great grandchildren, Tristan Forbes, Gabriel Forbes, Isaiah Forbes, William Cantrell and Hazel Cantrell; and her sister Donnie Forman of Mimbres, NM. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Plano (3665 W President George Bush Hwy, Plano, TX 75075).
