He was predeceased by: his parents, William Allen and Merna Allen Hanson (Stuart); his stepfather Orin Hanson; and his siblings, David Allen, Paul Allen and Peggy Else (Allen).
He is survived by: his wife Jan Allen of The Colony, Texas; his son Derek Allen (Alicia) of Carrollton, Texas; his grandson Chase Allen of Carrollton, Texas; his brothers, Bruce Allen (Debbie) of Houston and Steve Allen (Eldeen) of Pomeroy, Iowa; and his sisters-in-law, Rosie Allen of Rockwell City and Kathy Allen of George, Iowa..
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church – the Colony.
