He is survived by: his daughters, Ronda Simpson (Cleveland) and Linda Williams; his grandchildren, Philip Jr., Carl (Fran), Erica, William (Jessica), Tyson and Trey; and his great grandchildren, Malachi, Eden, Austin and Cameron. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
