Barrett left this world on December 1, 2024 at the age of 81, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her daughter Theresa Valenta; her granddaughter Erin Valenta; and her parents, Mildred Timm and Bert Timm. She is survived by: her children, Emily Faith Hendrix and Matthew Valenta; her daughter-in-law Meredith Valenta; her granddaughters, Shannon Valenta, Reagan Valenta and Kelly Valenta; her brother John Timm; her sister-in-law Claire Timm; her sister Donnel Shaw; and her brother-in-law John Shaw. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Cottonwood Creek Church (1015 Sam Rayburn Tollway, Allen, TX 75013).
