She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Guevara and Bernarda Ortiz Guevara; her husband Pedro Rios; her adoptive daughter Cecilia Gonzalez; and her siblings, Linda Jaramillo, David Garcia, Jesse Barrera, Joe Frank Torres, Leo Torres, Lonisio Cobos and Unberto Cobos.
She is survived by: her daughter Anita Rivera (Steven Rivera); and her siblings, Christilla Barrera of Haskell, Maria Aguirre of San Juan, Texas, Jose Lara of San Antonio, Alfred Tullos of Dallas and Benny Lopez of Wichita Falls, Texas. She is also survived by four grandchildren and one great-grandson.
