She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Valdez and Mary Valdez; and her brother Paul Valdez. She is survived by: her husband Gustavo Garcia; her children, Eli Paz III (Jessica) of Idalou, Jaime Rodriguez of Idalou, Texas, Erica Paz Perez (Javier) of Idalou and April Paz Miranda (Gabriel) of Lorenzo, Texas; her stepchildren, Gustavo Garcia Jr. (Maria) of Plainview, Texas, Paola Garcia (Brian Ginez) of Plainview and Gabriela Garcia (Gabriel Nicholas) of Plainview, Texas; her grandchildren, Marizol Perez, Lalo Perez, Vicktorya Perez, Gabriel Miranda Jr., Isaiah Miranda, Elyza Paz, Natalaya Paz, Emiliano Nicholas, Cielo Ginez, Arleth Garcia, Samara Bustos, Gaby Bustos and Mariana Bustos; and her siblings, Frank Valdez Jr. of Plainview, Jose Muniz (Juanita) of Lubbock, Billy Joe Valdez of Plainview, Texas, Carmen Valdez of Plainview, Sally Rodriguez of Idalou, Nancy Bustos (Jose) of Kress and Olga Valdez of Plainview, Texas..
Viewing will be held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lemons Funeral Home and Chapel (206 W 8th St, Plainview, TX 79072). A rosary will be held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (2805 N Columbia St, Plainview, TX 79072).
