She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuben Hauschild and Dorothy Hauschild; and her husband Arthur "Peavine" Washington Jr.. She is survived by: her brother Joe Hauschild of Austin Texas; and her children, Charles Preuit (Lisa) of Phoenix, Arizona, Natalie Chamber (Kelly), Chris Preuit (Gail) of Fort Worth Texas, Amber Washington of Plainview Texas and Angela Perkins of Denison Texas.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kornerstone Funeral Directors (3605 SW 3rd, Plainview, TX 79072). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the United Baptist Church (2106 Walter Griffin, Plainview, TX 79072).
