She is survived by: her daughters, Jeana Moore and Jamie Hernandez (Joe); her grandchildren, Anthony, Bethany, Baylee and Hayden; and her siblings, Patricia Sikes, David Howard (Sioux), Belinda Smith (Steve) and Kenny Howard. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
