She is survived by: her husband Dee Blevins of Plainview; her son Michael Blevins (Lucy) of San Antonio; her grandchildren, Reagan Brook Blevins of Nashville, TN, Zachary Dee Blevins (Nidia) of San Antonio, Heidi Celeste Blevins of Morristown, TN and Caleb Todd Blevins (Alexandra) of San Antonio; her great grandchildren, Logan Blevins, Max Gebhart, Mallorie Gebhart and William Dee Blevins; her brother-in-law Tommy Blasingame of Hereford; her pet Lucy2; her son Roy Todd Blevins; her sister Joyce Blasingame; and her great grandchild Nolan Blevins.
