It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Guadalupe Cavazos of Plainview, Texas, born in Waterville, Ohio, who passed away on December 16, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Lara and Albina Lara; and her husband Joe Cavazos. She is survived by: her children, Joe Cavazos of Plainview, Victor Cavazos (Petra) of Plainview, David Cavazos (Cindy) of Lubbock, Esmeralda Vallejo (Freddie) of Mansfield and Sylvia Duquette (Louis Flores) of Plainview. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, and fifteen great-grandchildren.
