He was predeceased by: his parents, A. C. Gallaway and Georgia Gallaway. He is survived by: his spouse Debbie Anne Lee; his daughters, Mandy and Alana; his wife Debra Gallaway of Plainview; his daughter Lee Anne Gallaway Mitchell; his grandchildren, Gus Mitchell, Cora Mitchell and Miles Lacey; and his sister Margaret Namken of Lubbock.
The family has asked that memorial donations, in honor of Dale Gallaway, be made to the First Baptist church in Lockney, The American Legion Post# 141 in Lockney, or to a charity of your choice.
