He is survived by: his children, Yolanda Rivera of Plainview, Roman Rivera (Sonya) of Mansfield, JoAnn Cheek (Jimmy) of Abilene, Mary Landeros (Mario) of Plainview, Carlos Rivera, Jr. of Plainview and Daniel Rivera of Lubbock.
A rosary was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 6:00 AM at the Plainview - Kornerstone Funeral Directors (3605 SW 3rd, Plainview, TX 79072). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (2801 N Columbia St, Plainview, TX 79072).
