He was predeceased by: his parents, Quentin "Pete" Curtis and Clemma Ludene Curtis; his wife Martha Curtis; and his daughter Kasey Ann Curtis Hill. He is survived by: his son Cody Curtis (Sara) of Plainview; his grandchildren, Haley Curtis, Riley Curtis, Kinsley Curtis, Brayden Hill and Zoe Borchardt (Kiley); and his siblings, Forrest Curtis of Hereford, Jim Curtis (Elizabeth) of Hereford, Becky Curtis Ray of Hereford and Quincy Curtis (Tarabeth) of Amarillo.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Plainview - Kornerstone Funeral Directors (3605 SW 3rd, Plainview, TX 79072). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the College Heights Baptist Church (802 Quincy, Plainview, TX 79072).
