With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Brooks Rust of Pittsburg, Texas, who passed away on March 18, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvis Brooks and Evelyn Brooks (Hooton); and her siblings, Larry Brooks, Donny Brooks, Richard Brooks, Diane Rice and Debby Henderson.

She is survived by: her husband Doyle Rust, Sr.; her children, Doyle Rust (Betty) of Clarksville, TN and Tonya Baker (Wes) of Pittsburg, TX; her siblings, Nancy Jordan (Jimmy) of Newsome, TX, Vickie Holt (Charlie) of Longview, TX and Danny Brooks of Pittsburg, TX; and her grandchildren, Paul Rust, Taylor Rust, Mandy Flagler, Josh Baker, Rachel Nolen, Sarah Killough, Caleb Baker, Stacey Gary and Derek Trainer. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
