He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Robertson Crain and Mary Farley Crain of Virginia; his son Robert Scott Crain; and his brother Charles "Charlie" Edward Crain. He is survived by: his wife Janice Knight Crain of Pittsburg; his daughter Julie Crain Jordan; his son-in-law David Jordan; his grandsons, Dillon Scott Jordan (Randal) of Whitehouse and David Ty Jordan (Lani) of Pittsburg; his great grandchildren, Evie Mae Jordan and Margot Jordan; his sister Betty Crain of Pittsburg; his sister-in-law Lisa Crain of Pittsburg; and his close friend Toro. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family requests that memorial donations be made to The Gideons International, P.O. Box 97251 Washington, DC 20090-7251 and the First Baptist Church in Pittsburg.
