He was predeceased by: his parents, C. B. Bullard and Myrtle Sloan Bullard; and his siblings, Charles Bullard, Geraldine Easley, Gracie Dyer and Lois McAfee.
He is survived by: his wife Edna Bullard; his children, Wayne Bullard, Rickey Bullard, Larry Bullard (Tina), Greg Bullard (Kristy), Linda Rust (David), Tammy Walker (Tom) and Anna Mayberry; his grandchildren, Jeff Caperton (Heather), Jenny Covey (Kyle), Josh Caperton, Jeremy Bullard (Kelly), Kyle Bullard (Heather), Bradley Bullard, Kennedy Bullard, Eric Bullard, Kassie Knight (Keith), Kristin Waldon (Buddy), Hunter Bullard, Gaige Bullard (Maddie), Garrett Bullard, Kenzie Bullard, Jamie Strawn, Connor Walker and Lauren Walker; and his brother Carl Bullard. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Grove Baptist Church (12176 US-259, Ore City, TX 75683).
