He is survived by: his mother Rebecca Foy Clark; his siblings, Jessica Clark, Rebecca Clark and Eddie Clark; his aunts and uncles, Robin, Mike Gazo, Ken, Sara Clark and Bubba Plunkett; and his niece Melissa Holmes. He is also survived by his family, friends.
