We are sad to announce that on June 23, 2021, at the age of 75, Jerry Goforth of Pittsburg, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Goforth and Marcella Coffey Goforth; his son Adam Wade Goforth; and his brother Vernon Ray Goforth. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Ware Goforth; his son Todd Goforth (Susan); and his grandchildren, Jordan Nicole Goforth and Haley Rae Goforth.
