He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Oliver and Mary Walker Oliver. He is survived by: his wife Teri Minick Oliver; his son Christopher Oliver; his grandchildren, Kaylen Oliver and Houston Jax Oliver; his great grandchild Sawyer Wylie; and his sisters, Patty Mills and Jean Coder.
