He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lee Payne of Scroggins; his daughter Jordan Lee Payne of Scroggins; his sisters, Alice Blasingame and Jane Gage; and his siblings-in-law, Guy Blasingame, Steve Smith, Gerald Brummell and Glenda Lee. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
