He was predeceased by: his parents, J. S. Hackler and Edith Allene Duncan Hackler; and his brother John Stanley Hackler. He is survived by: his son Michael S. Hackler; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Bree Hackler, Kiley Anne Hackler and Noah Kristopher Hackler; and his siblings, Joe Max Hackler and Janice Hackler Kilpatrick. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
