He was predeceased by: his parents, Orie Edwards and Mildred Baker Edwards; and his brother Jim Edwards (Becky). He is survived by: his wife Leona Edwards; his sons, Jack Edwards, Jr., Dr. Jeff Edwards (Ginny), Jody Edwards (Melissa) and Reene Sierra (Gloria); his grandchildren, Britni (Michael), Brian (Stefani), Devann, Briana, Esmeralda, Melissa and Jasmine; his great grandchildren, Adison, Hayden, Paizley, Holsten, Piper, Brix and Kenadi; and his sisters, Brenda Spreen (John) and Dawn Edwards.
