He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Hoyt and Ethel Lucille Allred Arnwine. He is survived by: his wife Tommie Elaine Seay Arnwine; his children, Lee Arnwine, Terrie Breedlove (Evan) and Karen Sue Tobias (Carlos); his grandchildren, Mallory Faulkner, Hannah Shirey, Carlito Tobias, Amelia Tobias, Maisey Breedlove and William Young; and his sister-in-law Laynette Seay Barnard.

In lieu of flowers and gifts we ask that you who wish to honor Jack Arnwine by going to your local public schools to find a program (Art, Drama Clubs, Sports) and sponsor a student in need, Teachers, lunch accounts.
