He is survived by: his parents, Tony Guerra and Jennifer Ozmore Guerra; his daughter Lyra Mayfield; his grandmother Cynthia Julian; and his siblings, Kaden Guerra, Braidan Guerra, Madison Tate, McKenzie Guerra, DeAnna Britt and Rebecca Guerra.
