It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Edward Perkins of Pipe Creek, Texas, who passed away on March 13, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Perkins and Marie Perkins; and his siblings, Barbara Kincad and Larry Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Joyce Perkins; his sons, Sean Perkins (Tammy) of Rockport and Russell Perkins II (Laurie Michelle) of Canyon Lake; his stepsons, Nolan Gilliland (Amy) of Newalla, OK and Thomas Gilliland (Lea) of Rockport; and his sisters, Bonnie Sigwald (Darrin) of Rockport, Phyllis Vander Meer of Leon Valley and Judy McIntire of Pipe Creek. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
