He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrie Pauline Fortson and Jesse Clair Hay; and his wife Carrolyn June Hay (Loyd). He is survived by: his daughter Lora Lynn Hooper (Hay) of Austin, Texas.; and his brother James Warren Hay (Jim) of Pipe Creek.

Jesse didn't prefer flowers or memorial contributions, rather he'd of just asked that we show kindness to and share generosity with one another.
