He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward Blume and Iris Elsie Young Blume; his wife Sally Anne Blume; his brother Eric Blume; his sons, Raymond, Dave and Ken Sager; and his granddaughter Jessica Sager.

He is survived by: his close friend Elinor Blake; his sister Joyce Armor; his nephew Mark Armor; his niece Tracy Gracey (Jimmy); his great-nephews, Trevor and Austin (Katie); his son Patrick Blume (Cynthia); his grandchildren, Ken, Travis, Steven, April, Alicia, Sally, Amber, Freda, Patrick and Raymond; and also Mason. He is also survived by many many great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter.
