She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Roland Place and Rosemarie Hazel Venn Place; her husband Walter "Dick" Hoover; her stepson Brian Hoover; and her granddaughter Michaela Rambo.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce Haskell of California, Yvonne White (Doug) of California and Suzzie Gilliam (David) of Hemphill, Texas; and her stepchildren, Danny Hoover (Jessica) of Colorado and Teri Benge (Rich) of Colorado. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
