She is survived by: her children, Kathryn Welch (George) and Gary Fore (Barbara); her grandchildren, Jeffrey Coulter (Heilyn), John Wesley Welch (Diane), Teresa Jones, Leslie Whitmire (Justin), Travis Fore (Anjee), Taylor Welch (Tristen), Ty Fore (Jessica), Crystal Medley (Brian) and Jessica Motes; her husband John D. Fore; her children, Ricky Fore and Shirley Welch; and her granddaughter Stacy Lynn Fore. She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren, along with many honorary grandchildren.
