He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Malcolm and Laura Malcolm; his wife Sally Malcolm; and his brothers, William, John and Kenneth II.
He is survived by: his children, Andy Malcolm (Renee) and Pam Scott (Stephen); his grandchildren, Dillon, Adam, Andrea and Grant; and his siblings, Bobbie Bedell, Richard Malcolm (Nancy) and Stan Malcolm. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
