She was predeceased by: her parents, Elgin Koen and Pauline Edwinna Lisman. She is survived by: her husband Leon O'Neal; her daughter Erika Capps (Clint); her brother Edward E. Koen (Catherine); her nephews, Blake E. Koen (Traci Koen MD), Edward E. Koen Jr. MD (Nayade Mrak) and Scott Crenshaw (Renee); her great-nephew Ford Koen (Vivian Harper Koen); and her pets, Duke, Birdie and Toby. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
