He is survived by : his children, Andrea Lee, Jonna Rae, Andrea Delaney (Rick) and Jonna Horak (Joe); his grandchildren, Karissa Delaney Sonntag (Adam), Katie Delaney Howard (Andy), Jessica Horak Burttschell (Jesse), Jordan Horak and Jenna Horak; his great grandchildren, Bowen Sonntag and Sadie Sonntag; his sister Janet Thomas; his half-siblings, Lisa Cohen Scott (Ray), Kyle Alesandra Cohen and Greg Geelan; his step-brother Donald Burke. In lieu of flowers the family request donations to two of John's favorite charities, Scottish Rite Hospital for Children or Shriners Hospital for Children - Houston or to a charity of you choosing.
