He is survived by: his wife Debra Foster; his children, Heath Foster of Germany, Chris "Patrick" Foster (Amber) of San Antonio, TX, Jacob Foster of San Antonio, TX, Sarah Solis of San Antonio, TX and Amanda Burris (Shane) of Tioga, TX; his siblings, Harold "Weldon" Foster (June), Anna Saucier (Howard) and Lisa Lennon (Mark); and his close friend Buddy. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
