He was predeceased by: his wife Evangelina; his parents, Gavino Lopez and Julia Lopez; his daughter Diana Phillips; his granddaughter Angela Lopez; and his siblings, Rumaldo Lopez, Zaragosa Lopez, Domingo Lopez, Andrea Hernandez, Margarita Coronado, Fidencia Castillo, Dominga Cantu, Magdalene Ortiz, Florencia Badillo, Juanita Ramirez and Norberta Lopez.
He is survived by: his children, Gavino Lopez (Carlos) of Aubrey, TX, Oscar Lopez of Pilot Point, TX and Edna Cox of Whitesboro, TX. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
