He is survived by: his children, Eliot Rice (Lisa) of Hawkins, TX, Charles Daniel Rice of Aubrey, TX and Cristal Lange (Joseph) of Elgin, TX; his grandsons, Ethan and Lincoln; his sister Joyce Gilliland of Sanger, TX.; his wife Kim; his stepchildren, Ryan Everett, Ryan Rea of Fort Worth, TX, Chase, Tiffany Kinney of Leonard, TX, KaCey Kinney and Patrick Felus of Frisco, TX; and his grandchildren, Brett, Dallas, Sean, Caleb, Zoe, Trevor, Ayden and Olivia.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Slay Memorial Chapel of Aubrey (400 US-377, Aubrey, TX 76227).
