He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth Vargas. He is survived by: his father Enrique Vargas; his wife Taylor Vargas; his daughter Amilia Vargas; and his siblings, Ingrid Moreno, Santiago, Juan and Simon Vargas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
