He was predeceased by: his brother Shad Griner; his grandmother Jody Griner; and his great-grandparent Cliff Elmore. He is survived by: his parents, Jennifer Griner (Lunsford) of Pickton and Jay Griner of Pittsburg; his siblings, Shayden Griner, Tristan Griner (Jayden) and Jewely Decker (Austin); his grandparents, Mickie and Billy Lunsford; his great-grandparent Floy Elmore; his aunt Sharron (Johnny Wetzel); his niece Aniston Holladay; his cousins, Trey and Ty Wetzel; and his girlfriend Izzy Crawford. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles and cousins.
